Important notes
For this report I have to pick a company so I picked (The Ordinary) I have to know what new product they have launched recently I chose there new (Pomegranate Peeling Solution) it’s like there famous AHA 30% BHA 2% Peeling Solution they came up with this one so they can go more widely since they couldn’t sell the AHA 30% BHA 2% Peeling Solution in Canada, Australia, Korea and New Zealand since its band there because it is qualified as pharmaceutical-grade in these countries and is permitted for use by medical/dermatological clinics only.
For introduction 250 words, for the body 2500 words ( around 310 words for each question) and conclusion 250 words
Make sure you have the following points for each question in the report
Q1. After preforming a Porters Five Analysis, write at least 3 or 4 sentences about what strategic approach are you going to adopt (a resource base or a value base) and why.
Q2. Identify some key resources and capabilities in your company (rare or Valuable) write it in a yes or no, draw the three matrixes and connect them together and write how these matrixes led to a competitive advantage.
Q3. Strategic Map (the balloon inside the graph) draw a graph and identify who are your key competitive companies and where they stand in market position (the three companies are The Inkey List, Revolution and Garden Of Wisdom GOW) write why each of them position in where you pot them.
Q4. Use the Blue Ocean Strategy
Q5. What are the things that your company do very well and what brings competitive advantage to you.
Q6. Talk about the ethical standers you adopt/ communication style you follow (try to use come technical terms in between) look at articles and use reference.
Q7. I attached some important slides choose any two of the Internationalization Strategies which fit with your company.
Q8. Pick which strategy is it going to be a low-cost strategy of a differentiation or both.
