The data shown in Boston.xlsx to be analyzed were collected by Harrison and Rubinfeld in 1978 for the purpose of discovering whether or not clean air influenced the value of houses in Boston. They sought to examine the influence of several neighborhood attributes on the prices of housing. Use ’CORREL’ function in excel to answer the following questions. a. Make a scatter plot of home value (as y) against crime rate (as x), and compute their sample correlation. Comment. b. Make a scatter plot of
