Description
The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate your ability to identify and present a compelling “pitch” for an idea for a potential venture.
Each student is required to prepare a Presentation Slide and a 250-word written Presentation to “pitch” (explain/justify/test) their idea to their student colleagues and consultant.
Assessment Criteria
The Slide and written presentation will be assessed by the following criteria:
Clarity of definition of the venture:
Is the core product or service (and its key features) clearly identified?
Is a value proposition for a defined target market identified?
Potential of the venture:
Is the potential for value generation justified?
Are competitors acknowledged and is the value proposition differentiated from them.
Formatively assessed criteria:
To what extent is the value proposition ‘investible’ toward proof of concept.

An alternative conceptualization of the criteria is:
Clarity of definition of the venture:
What is it? What is the problem it is solving? How does it solve it?
Who is the first customer?
Potential of the venture:
Are there lots of customers?
Why are you better than the competitors? Do you know your market? what’s going to be your turnovers?
the idea: Packing and Unpacking service facilitator for everyone and mostly student. with adapted price (single room, double room) according to the size of his room or part of the house (as most student live in a shared house).
the venture will start in the city of Oxford first (Oxfordshire, united kingdom) with a possible expenditure in London and Manchester after.
the goals is to make investors falling in love with your idea and invest because of your outstanding PITCH.
p.s: I have attached some example of pitch, but it’s not perfect so I expect the pitch to be better.
